The predecessor Shigeo Honda opened an okonomiyaki restrant in 1949. He was thinking about a saurce that would go well with okonomiyaki from morninng till night. Then i dreamed of how to make it. When I made it that way,it was very delicious. The story behind the birth of the saurce. I named it Honda Sarce from the name. Honda sorce makes liquors and rice delicious. It’ｓa magical saurce.
