Okonomiyaki is a dish of thinly sliced cabbage mixed with batter made of flour,eggs and water and cooked on an iron griddle. You can choose any ingredients or toppings that you like.
The predecessor Shigeo Honda opened an okonomiyaki restrant in 1949. He was thinking about a saurce that would go well with okonomiyaki from morninng till night. Then i dreamed of how to make it. When I made it that way,it was very delicious. The story behind the birth of the saurce. I named it Honda Sarce from the name. Honda sorce makes liquors and rice delicious. It’sa magical saurce.
